Re:Build Composite Resources (Rock Hill, S.C., U.S.), a designer and manufacturer of mission-critical thermoset composite components and assemblies, announces the expansion of its operations with a relocation to a new, larger facility. This strategic move from a 60,000-square-foot facility to a 130,000-square-foot facility, located a few miles from the current site, is set to support the company’s rapid growth and increasing demand for its composite solutions primarily used in aerospace, defense and other high-performance applications.
The new facility, which is scheduled to be operational in the first half of 2025, will significantly enhance Re:Build Composite Resources’ production capacity and technological capabilities. Designed with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and advanced process controls, the new space will enable the company to continue delivering high-quality, innovative solutions to its clients. The proximity of this new location will also allow Re:Build Composite Resources to transition work in stages, thereby ensuring continuity of supply, and full compliance with AS9100 and ISO9001, as production is relocated. At the same time, Nadcap accreditation is underway for the newly commissioned resin transfer molding (RTM) fabrication cell for primary and secondary aerostructures.
