“We are the first in the world to achieve the production of T1200 carbon fibre, and this attracted strong engagement from visitors at our booth“, said Aiguo Jiang, vice director international Sales & Marketing at Zhongfu Shenying. According to Aiguo Jiang, the company boasts an annual production capacity of 100 tonnes for the T1200 carbon fibre, with the flexibility to expand to 200 tonnes to meet customer demands. 

Production is located in Jiangsu province, utilising specialised facilities that incorporate higher processing temperatures and special treatment essential for producing this high-performance material.

“Aerospace and sports are the primary applications“, indicated Aiguo Jiang.

In addition to its production base in Lianyungang, Jiangsu province, Zhongfu Shenying has another production facility in Xining, western Qinghai province, for a total production capacity of 60,000 tonnes of carbon fibre.

Also visible at Zhongfu Shenying’s booth: 3D printed parts made from recycled carbon fibres, demonstrating the company’s commitment to developing sustainable solutions.

“While still in the early stages, the company is actively seeking strategic partners, particularly in Europe, to develop the necessary technology and know-how“, announced Aiguo Jiang.
