Plataine (High Point, N.C., U.S.) introduce a new free online course tailored for production planners. This online series, led by Plataine’s David Tweeto and Amir Ben-Assa, will equip planning professionals with techniques and relevant knowledge in AI practices. Throughout the entire course, real-life examples of leading production sites across multiple manufacturing verticals will be presented.

Through this course series, Plataine says planners will gain knowledge of the most recent methods and technological advancements in the industry. Participants will acquire tools for effective planning, learning how to create optimized production plans and respond quickly to unpredicted changes on the factory floor.

The scheduling and planning workshop will also cover capacity constraints, teaching planners to explore multidimensional measurements. Real-life industry examples and success stories will be showcased, enabling attendees to learn from actual cases from industry leaders and apply proven strategies to their own work. 

Two separate courses for different time zones are available: 

• Europe Time Zone: Occurs Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2024
• North America Time Zone: Occurs Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2024
