A glimpse into AZL Open Day 2023. Source | AZL Aachen GmbH

AZL Aachen GmbH (Aachen, Germany) is inviting industry to attend its 8^th  AZL Open Day on April 11, 2024, where the organization will provide extensive insight into the broad range of lightweighting and composites research at RWTH Aachen University along the entire value chain. AZL Open Day is open to all interested participants (AZL and non-AZL members).

The one-day in-person event includes:

• Guided tours to eight AZL partner institutes and their machinery facilities;
• Introduction to Aachen research in lightweighting;
• Live demonstrations of composite processes, as well as the ability to see large-scale research equipment;
• The chance to network with industrial players and research engineers in the lightweighting industry for collaboration;
•  Partnership insights by AZL partners.

Moreover, on April 10, prior to Open Day, the AZL will kick off its new workgroup “Future Mobility.” Those interested can combine visits and learn more about high-potential applications and solutions for growing markets.
