US-based companies will have access to Loop Technology’s JEC Innovation Award-winning FibreLINE technology, which, though initially designed for building composite aerospace parts, is applicable in other industries, including for the manufacture of drones and wind turbines. US customers will also have easier access to Loop Technology’s LoopCLEAN for automated laser cleaning. The company indicates that it will be supported by its Missouri-based partner Adapt Laser to deliver laser cleaning systems in North America. RoboMACH, a robotic machining system automating milling, trimming, cutting, drilling operations for aerospace component fabrication, automotive parts manufacturing, the processing of a wide range of architectural and construction components, among other things, and IdentifEYE, an automated labelling system using 3D vision to label randomly shaped and positioned packages at up to 2,400 labels per hour, are also among the systems that will be more readily available on the US market.

“We have been considering expansion into the United States for several years and now it feels the time is right. I love the American approach to technological development alongside the desire to succeed. I am really looking forward to strengthening existing relationships and building new ones in America,” Alun Reece, CEO of Loop Technology US Inc., and of Loop Technology Ltd, stated.
