In recent days, the commissioning of Shanxi Province's first T1000-grade carbon fiber project has garnered coverage from multiple media outlets and attention from netizens, with the efforts and contributions of China National Chemical Engineering Saiding Company (CNCEC Saiding) lying at its core. On November 30, Huayang Group's high-performance carbon fiber project was completed and commissioned in Yungang District, Datong City, Shanxi Province, successfully achieving the localized mass production of 12K small-tow T1000-grade carbon fiber. Undertaken by CNCEC Saiding as the E+PC general contractor, the project team demonstrated a proactive spirit in overcoming challenges and efficient collaboration through refined management, helping the traditional coal enterprise transform from "coal mining and sales" to "converting coal into fibers."

Starting with mastering textile industry standards, the Saiding team addressed numerous cross-disciplinary challenges in large-scale industrialization, realizing the transformation from laboratory research data to engineering design and construction. The team collaborated closely with the client to organize various matching verification works, ensuring that design parameters were perfectly reflected in the functions of all equipment. To accelerate equipment delivery, daily progress reports and dynamic equipment tracking were implemented on-site, shortening the equipment supply cycle. During the construction phase, on-site staff raced against time, battled high temperatures, and worked tirelessly to meet milestones, completing the project ahead of schedule while ensuring construction safety.
