On November 28, at the Zhongke Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park in Huaxian County, Anyang, Wei Yanqi, Director of the Planning Department of Henan Sitong Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Henan Sitong), pointed to the composite products on the workshop assembly line and said.

Entering the production workshop of Enbeisi Composites, a subsidiary of Henan Sitong, a busy yet orderly production scene unfolds: bundles of white and flexible glass fibers are arranged in neat matrices, fed into equipment via thread-threading devices, impregnated in black resin, and gradually transformed into long composite profiles through the pultrusion process. On one side of the workshop, newly produced polyurethane resin is neatly stacked, awaiting shipment to customers across the country.

"Taking Enbeisi Composites as an example, we have 60 modern production lines and over 700 sets of pultrusion molds, enabling customization of product shapes and colors according to customer needs," introduced Zhao Xiaorui, Workshop Director. "From glass fiber selection and resin impregnation to high-temperature curing, strict quality control systems have been established for every link. Our composite door, window, and curtain wall profiles match or even exceed traditional materials in thermal insulation, heat insulation, and sound insulation performance, while being more aligned with green building development requirements in terms of fire resistance and energy efficiency."

Walking through the industrial park, composite equipment and products for various fields dazzle the eyes—pultrusion and compression molding production lines and molds for glass fiber and carbon fiber products used in high-end fields such as aerospace, new energy, and rail transit; grille products commonly used in civil and industrial scenarios; FRP drainage ditches, water meter wells, and other equipment for agricultural water conservancy; and low-energy-consumption door, window, and curtain wall materials for construction projects. Some products have been packaged and are ready to be shipped to domestic and international markets via logistics networks.

In recent years, relying on the layout of "a full industrial chain park for equipment manufacturing + a composite product industrial park + upstream and downstream supporting factories," Henan Sitong has built an industrial cluster integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, and services, realizing "one-stop" production from raw materials to end products.
