Rasor® has innovatively combined polygonal blade structures with anvil blades featuring advanced surface and material treatments, launching a range of electric and pneumatic cutting tools tailored to the characteristics of various composite materials. For instance, aramid—known for its high strength, wear resistance, and tear resistance—has replaced traditional glass fiber and carbon fiber in many high-end composite applications. However, aramid is extremely difficult to cut, as conventional professional sewing scissors and standard electric tools are ineffective. Addressing this challenge, Rasor® has developed specialized cutting tools with tungsten steel and other premium coatings, including models such as RS1S, FORZA, FP861V2, and SW12, which are ideal for cutting aramid, high-strength polyester, and other materials of varying thicknesses.
