Relying on its independently developed automated and intelligent production lines, Songhua Aviation has achieved breakthroughs in the manufacturing of high-performance composite material blades and structural components. Adopting advanced processes such as 2D/3D braiding forming and RTM (Resin Transfer Molding), it has the large-scale production capacity of over 10,000 units per month, providing reliable manufacturing support for the large-scale commercialization of eVTOL. The two parties will also collaborate on airworthiness compliance research in China, Europe, and the United States, including the confirmation of certification bases, the formulation of compliance verification methods and plans, to jointly advance the airworthiness process.
