The vessel, the first of which has already been sold and is currently under construction at the Global Yacht Technology factory, is being built from pre-impregnated carbon and infused ‘according to the standards of cutting-edge craftsmanship’, says the manufacturer.

Anahita (named after an ancient Persian goddess) has significant energy autonomy. In addition, its draught (the minimum depth of water a vessel needs to navigate without touching the bottom) is reduced, allowing the boat to sail closer to the coast and access anchorages that are off-limits to traditional yachts of the same size.

‘Anahita embodies a new generation of sailing yachts combining elegance, comfort and safety, capable of sailing at speeds twice as fast as current yachts, without compromising on onboard well-being,’ comments Ronan Guérin.

Global Yacht Technology was founded in 2025 by Ronan Guérin, Ulysse Harin and Gwenaël Bardou. A top-level athlete for 15 years, Ronan Guérin is also an expert in naval architecture, trained in composites, mechanics, electronics and industrial design. As project manager at Global Yacht Technology, he ensures the balance between architecture, engineering and execution. Ulysse Harin, for his part, combines technical expertise, operational management and customer relations. At Global Yacht Technology, he oversees the financial and commercial aspects, develops partnerships and ensures regulatory compliance and project certification. Finally, Gwenaël Bardou combines the rigour of aeronautics with the sensitivity of a sailor. At Global Yacht Technology, he is the technical manager of the structure. He supervises composite engineering and the overall quality of each construction, from design to launch.

Anahita will be inaugurated in 2027.
