Mokon (Buffalo, N.Y., U.S.) a manufacturer of high-quality circulating liquid temperature control systems, announces a partnership with orcinus, a brand by enesty GmbH (Hartha, Germany) with a strong presence in Europe and Asia. Mokon will now lead distribution and production of the orcinus orca and orcinus smartshark temperature control systems for the U.S. at its facility in Buffalo.

Both manifold systems continuously monitor water flow rate and temperature, resulting in high component quality and more process control. The orcinus orca is characterized by double ultrasonic measurement and provides noncontact, accurate flow measurements, making the use of filters superfluous. The manifolds also:

• Reduce pressure drop
• Enable increased flow in individual circuits
• Increase a mold’s cooling effect and heat exchange
• Reduce cooling time and thus cycle time
• Bring transparency to the process
• Increase process reliability
• Reduce maintenance costs for temperature control and molds
• Lower production costs.

These manifolds can be used independently or as accessories with Mokon water temperature control systems.
