Since its launch in 2019, National Composites Week (NCW) has celebrated the innovation, impact and growth of the composites industry. Now in its sixth year, NCW continues to bring together manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers and partners for a weeklong celebration designed to raise awareness of how composites shape the world around us.

This year’s theme, “Composites — Performance With Purpose,” highlights how advanced materials and manufacturing technologies drive innovation and deliver durability, resilience and real-world value in a wide range of markets from aerospace and transportation to infrastructure and energy to sports and recreation.

How can you participate?

There are many ways to get involved and spotlight your company’s role in the composites industry:

• Host a virtual plant tour, open house or live demo to show off your capabilities.
• Share your stories by highlighting your company’s work and impact through blog posts, social media, newsletters or video.
• Showcase a unique part or application made using composites, including behind-the-scenes production footage or photos.
• Connect with STEM students at local colleges or universities to inspire the next generation of composites professionals.
• Engage your employees — create materials they can share with family and friends to help spread the word about the exciting work they do.
